According to the number of bacteria growing in the nutrients, the amount of sedimentation bacteria in the air can be calculated. quantity. 
Standard 2 of the 100,000-level purification workshop: differential pressure. The pressure difference between clean rooms of the same cleanliness level should be consistent. The pressure difference between adjacent clean rooms of different cleanliness levels should be ≥5Pa, and the pressure difference between clean rooms and non-clean rooms should be ≥10Pa. This is mainly to ensure that the air flows from the clean area to the non-clean area and avoid backflow of airflow. 100,000-level purification workshop standard four: temperature and humidity. The temperature is generally controlled at 20~22°C in winter; 24~26°C in summer; fluctuation ±2°C. The humidity of the clean room in winter is controlled at 30-50%, and the humidity in the clean room in summer is controlled at 50-70%.
