The air shower is the necessary channel to enter the clean room, which can reduce the pollution problems caused by entering and leaving the clean room. The air shower is a kind of local purification equipment with strong versatility, which is installed between the clean room and the non-clean room. When people and goods enter the clean area, they need to be blown through the air shower, and the clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people and goods, and can effectively block or reduce the dust source entering the clean area. 
When the air shower is installed at the entrance of the clean room, there should be no gap between it and the clean room wallboard. If there is air leakage, it should be trimmed with a caulking agent, and please pay attention to the level of the equipment installation, otherwise the door opening and durability will be affected. The equipment is divided into base and no base type. The base type can be directly adjusted and filled with silicone after being leveled. The baseless type needs to be fixed with expansion screws and then filled with silicone. Use points 1. Before entering, you should take off your clothes and accessories in the outer locker room, and wear clean clothes, caps, masks and gloves. 2. Entering the air shower room, the air shower door automatically closes the outer door immediately, infrared induction, the air shower starts automatically, and the air shower is blown for 15 seconds. Factors affecting the air in the air shower: 1. The operators in the clean room must work in strict accordance with the operating rules of the clean room. The doors and windows of the clean room should be closed at any time. There should be a buffer zone for the transfer of personnel and items between the clean room and the non-clean room, and there should be air bath equipment to prevent the convection of the air flow. Personnel not related to production are not allowed. Enter the clean room. 
3. The equipment in the clean room is required to be cleaned and maintained regularly, regularly, and by appointed person. Whether the materials and cleaning liquid used in the cleaning meet the regulations of clean room management, etc. 4. The reasonable diversion of people and logistics is of great significance to maintaining the cleanliness in the air shower room. Whether people change clothes and shower before entering the clean room, whether the clothing conforms to the standards of clean management regulations, and some personnel with special production processes and high cleanliness requirements have to take a bath before entering; whether the objects are replaced before entering the clean room Packaging blowing and showering, whether the replaced materials meet the clean room standards, etc. 
1. Regularly use the instrument to measure the technical indicators of the equipment. If it does not meet the technical parameters, it should be dealt with in time. 2. According to the actual use, regularly remove the filter material in the primary air filter for cleaning. 3. When it is found that the wind speed decreases, you should first check whether the surface of the primary air filter is black. If it is black, it means that the pre-filter contains more dust and the resistance increases, that is, the non-woven fabric in the primary air filter should be removed. Clean or replace the cloth. 4. After replacing or cleaning the non-woven fabric, if the wind speed cannot be increased, it means that the high-efficiency air filter has been blocked, causing the resistance to increase, and the high-efficiency air filter should be replaced. 
6. After the high-efficiency filter is replaced, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage in the frame, and use a dust particle counter to detect it. Only after reaching the technical indicators can it work normally. 7. Regularly repair the electrical circuit. If there is any fault, please refer to the electrical schematic diagram for maintenance. 8. Regularly protect the door to align the electronic lock with its keyhole to prevent the lock pin from being stuck. 9. The use temperature shall not exceed 50℃, and the use of open flames is strictly prohibited. |
