    As we all know, "big issues" such as factory site selection, general graphic design, workshop layout, equipment selection, and management of production and product quality are important measures for production enterprises to ensure that the production environment meets clean standards and prevent pollution and cross-contamination. However, in the design and implementation of cleaning projects, there are some details that need to be worked out, otherwise it is very likely that "the embankment of a thousand miles will collapse into the ant's nest", and the project that cost a lot of money and energy to build will be due to the lack of an air duct. Appropriate or the movement of personnel fails to achieve the expected effect and affects the quality of the product.

Ducts require both economy and efficiency
  In centralized or purifying air conditioning systems, the requirement for air ducts is to supply air both economically and efficiently. The former requirements are reflected in low price, convenient construction, operating cost, and low resistance on the smooth inner surface. The latter refers to good tightness, no air leakage, no dust generation, no dust accumulation, no pollution, fire resistance, corrosion resistance and moisture resistance.


   In operation, sometimes the local resistance of the pipe is much higher than the resistance along the duct, and this situation needs to be improved. Pipe fittings mainly include elbows, reducer tee and cross pipe. The radius of curvature of the center of the elbow should be greater than the length of the side of the rectangular duct, and 1.25 times the diameter of the circle. Large-section air ducts should be equipped with guide vanes to reduce resistance. In actual installation and construction, this is rarely done. For the reducing tube, the diameter should not be changed suddenly. It should be made into a gradually expanding (shrinking) tube. The expansion angle of each side of the gradually expanding tube should be greater than 15°, and the shrinking angle of each side of the tapering tube should not be greater than 30°. The tee of the rectangular air duct should be bent and branched along the airflow elbow, and the branch pipe should also have a certain radius of curvature. If a 90° angle shunt is required, a deflector should be added to the elbow.

Air conditioning purification needs to pay attention to energy saving
   Air-conditioning purification is a major energy consumer, and energy-saving measures should be paid attention to in design and construction. In the design, the division of systems and areas, the calculation of air supply volume, the determination of temperature and relative temperature, the determination of cleanliness level and the number of air changes, the ratio of fresh air, the thermal insulation of air ducts, the influence of the bite form in the production of air ducts on the air leakage rate Influence, the influence of the connection angle of the main pipe and the branch pipe on the airflow resistance, whether the flange connection is leaking, etc., and the selection of equipment such as air conditioning boxes, fans, and chillers are all related to energy consumption, so these details must be considered.

Choose the air conditioner according to the climate conditions
  Regarding the choice of air-conditioning box, the climatic environment should be considered. For example, in the northern region where the temperature is low in winter and the air contains a lot of dust, a fresh air preheating section should be added to the general air-conditioning unit, and the water-spraying air treatment method should be used to not only wash the dust in the air but also generate heat and temperature exchange. to the required temperature and humidity. In the southern region where the climate is humid and the air dust concentration is low, there is no need to preheat the fresh air in winter. The air filtration and temperature and humidity adjustment use primary filtration, and the cold surface can adjust the temperature and humidity, which can also be strengthened Temperature and dehumidification process, and then through medium-efficiency filtration and terminal high-efficiency or sub-high-efficiency filtration. It is best to use a variable frequency fan for the matching fan of the air-conditioning box, which not only saves energy, but also flexibly adjusts the air volume and pressure.


Multi-machine chillers are more flexible
   If the chiller requires a large cooling capacity, it is not suitable to use a single machine, but multiple mechanisms should be used, and the motor should be frequency-controlled to reduce the starting power. Multiple machines can be used flexibly, and there will be no waste of energy such as "big horse-drawn carts".
At present, some manufacturers use manual methods to control the air volume and air pressure.

  However, because the regulating valves for controlling air volume and air pressure are in the technical compartment, and the ceilings are also soft ceilings made of color steel plates, they are basically installed and debugged. After that, most of them have not been adjusted again, and in fact they cannot be adjusted. In order to ensure the normal production and work of the clean workshop, a relatively complete set of automatic control devices should be set up to realize the following functions: clean room air cleanliness, temperature and humidity, pressure difference monitoring, air valve adjustment; high-purity gas, pure water and circulating cooling Water temperature, pressure, flow detection; gas purity, pure water quality monitoring, etc.

    With the increase of operating time, the resistance of the air filter of the purification air conditioning system increases. In order to maintain the air volume, the air valve in the system needs to be adjusted. When the system is started during system debugging, in order to start the  air volume, the air valve in the system needs to be adjusted. When the system is started during system debugging, in order to start the fan without load, the air valve at the outlet of the fan needs to be closed. After the fan is started, it is very difficult to open due to the pressure on the air valve. After the change of the pressure difference before and after the air filter is used to control the frequency conversion speed control device of the fan, the adjustment of the air supply volume will become very easy, and the air supply pressure will be stable.
   These monitoring devices can be designed as a single system measurement and control system, and can also be designed as a distributed computer control and management system.
    In the purification air-conditioning system, when the fan stops and there is no wind or over-temperature, the electric heater will continue to send electricity to heat, causing equipment damage or even fire. The location of the air-conditioning room should be on the side of the clean room, and its location should be on the side of the clean room, which not only saves energy, but also facilitates the arrangement of air ducts and makes the airflow organization more reasonable. At the same time, it can save engineering costs.
